Thanks!
The conference general chairs Tobias Hollerer and Wayne Piekarski would like to thank everyone who helped to make the conference the success that it was. In particular, we would like to thank all of the sponsors and chairs for their financial support and dedication to the conference.
We look forward to seeing you all next year at ISMAR 2007 in Japan!
Getting around Santa Barbara
The venue page has been updated with more information about parking on campus, where events will be located during the conference, as well as the shuttle, and public bus information. Expect sunny weather with temperatures around 75F (24C) during the day, but prepare for cool evenings and nights. Bring a sweater to the beach BBQ!
Bus Schedule announced
The recommended conference hotel, the MarMonte, and the affiliated Parkside Inn, are situated in downtown Santa Barbara, right by the beach and in walking distance to the pier, and downtown State Street, Santa Barbara's main shopping and restaurant mile. The conference site is located about 10 miles away, on the UCSB campus, close to the Santa Barbara airport and the town of Goleta, California. In order to make it as convenient for conference attendees as possible to get to the conference every day and back to the hotel, we are providing a shuttle bus service. Please check the bus schedule and be aware that if you miss the bus, or don't want to take the bus, you will have to use another method of getting to the conference site.
